Emdak rides luxury vehicles are less than 3 years old.

All Emdak rides vehicles have in-car multi media entertainment, please advise your chauffeur of your preference. Some of our vehicles have DVD players but all have In-Car hotspot Wi-Fi. If you would like on-board entertainment, please specify it on your booking.

Yes, all our chauffeurs are discreet and have signed confidentiality agreements with Emdak Rides. What is discussed in the car, remains private.

No. Except in emergency only to the office. This is against the law. Your chauffeur will refrain from talking or sending SMS on their mobile phones until after you have departed.

Your chauffeur is all about providing a safe and enjoyable experience and drives according to road conditions, traffic, and within the legal speed limits. Hence, Our chauffeurs are professional law abiding drivers who never speed on the roads.

Of coarse, your chauffeur will always assist you in carrying your luggage.

General & Booking FAQs

We suggest that you make your Emdak Rides booking as soon as you know your travel plans or have confirmation of your itinerary. We accept last minute bookings up to a few hours before the estimated time of arrival, however, we cannot guarantee that one of our vehicles will be available to collect you during our peak periods.

Yes, we will set up a business account for you. You may be invoiced per trip or on a monthly cycle if you will require regular chauffeuring services. Please let us know your preferred form of invoicing.

Emdak Rides requires 25% deposit to secure your booking and the remainder is debited 7 days from your account prior to your journey. If your booking is last minute, we will charge all payments before the trip begins.

Yes, your chauffeur can either SMS or call you when they arrive. They can come to your pick up address in person or wait with a name-board. Please let us know your requirements upon booking.

Yes, at Emdak Rides we like to offer convenience within your booking.

Yes, all children are considered passengers.

Yes, we provide baby and child seats at no extra charge. Please request them with your booking. As always, you are responsible for fitting your little ones in accordance to the law.

Airport FAQs

Once clearing customs, your chauffeur will be waiting for you holding a name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before flight landing, if you have provided a mobile contact number. If you have not yet met your chauffeur, please check your chauffeur’s mobile telephone number on your booking confirmation form.

Just email or call us and send us any new details as they emerge.

Yes, our chauffeurs monitor all flights from the ground, and do their best to arrive early.

Please call or email us and we will update your booking with the new flight details.

Most airlines recommend that you should arrive 2-3 hours before your flight, unless you are on a domestic flight which is 2 hours.

Pricing & Tariff FAQs


We value your business and we do offer discounts for repeat clients and multiple vehicle bookings. Please speak to our team about this.

Emdak Rides has additional charges for on Christmas day and New Year’s Day. Please speak to our team about any additional holiday charges.

Safety is our main priority. All Emdak Rides vehicles have 6 monthly MOT’s. They all receive regular servicing in line with the manufacturers’ requirements. All chauffeurs are responsible for checking the oil, coolants and tyre pressure on a daily basis.


Emdak Rides generally offers 15 minutes free waiting time and 30 minutes free waiting time on airport pick-ups. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic delays, additional waiting time costs will be applied. These costs will vary depending on vehicle choice.

Weddings FAQs

Our wedding cars are booked in blocks of time and are available to you throughout the duration of your wedding day. They are available for photographs and multiple journeys for other wedding guests. If you require additional time, you will be charged at an hourly rate (can be divided into 15 minute segments).
